Burgettstown council learns about new lawsuit
BURGETTSTOWN, Pa. – Burgettstown Borough Solicitor Bob Clarke told council members the borough is being sued by Harold Dean Huber Jr. in Pennsylvania Western District Court and one of the borough’s two Insurance companies has rejected the borough’s claim.
