College Student Health Insurance Age
Is it easier to afford a car as a high school student or as a college student?
usually the only expenses(I know some parents charge rent at age 16, but many do not), but you have less hours you can work. On the other hand, as a college student, you have to pay for tuition(not all students can get loans for the entire tuition), rent, utilities, food, health Insurance, etc. AND the car, but you have more hours you can work. So, generally, when is it easier to afford a car?
It is easier after you graduate and have a full time job. Before then, it is difficult no matter whether you are in high school or college.
In my case, my daughter could only afford one when in graduate school.
