homeowners insurance rates
Will homeowner Insurance rates go through the roof if Cap and Tax passes through the Senate?

HYPOTHETICALLY…………If you are trying to sell a house, you get audited (like it says in the bill) and they say that you have to upgrade a whole lot of stuff that you can’t AFFORD to upgrade (windows, doors, a/c unit etc.) because you HAVE to be GREEN before you can LEGALLY sell it, would it just be better to ‘accidentally’ burn the house down and collect the Insurance money? HYPOTHETICALLY……….
Hey STEVE! I don’t think you read the ENTIRE question! Liberals are so emotional……((((sigh))))
So TOAD………The economic turndown gets worse. Real Estate values plummet. The dollar crashes. The world falls into chaos. Donald Trump commits suicide. The beast appears. Makes sense. (I may be over analyzing that a bit)
OLD QUILT. I have no idea who you are, but you ROCK!!!!!!

Hadn’t thought of that but after reading much of this bill I agree with you ! This will put the housing market in the crapper for sure ! Not only will people not be able to afford to sell there house can you imagine how high priced rental property will be when the landlord has to do all these green upgrades before the unit can be rented ! Good luck with that ! Of course that is what they want then people will have to live in government housing ! All alike stacked on top of each other in a row !

STEVE you should read the bill you are so wrong ! It is HR2454 goggle bills in Congress, this is crazy if you actually read it !

ZaZa read the bill , it is not an option it will be the law and so will the updates ! Right down to the toilet using to much water, and your roof not being reflective enough !
