What are cheap Insurance companies car reliable? "

I need a new auto Insurance Company, Allstate just raised my rates skyrocketed. But I do not want to be a reliable company that I will fall into a small crack in the windshield. State Farm all companies are too expensive for me (I am a teenager and worked part-time). I live in California. Suggestions?
