what wil happen if i did’t pay my medical bills?
i am a international student, currently living in usa. i have some preexisting health condition, that is the reason why i have to go to see my doctor every 3 months. but i come to know that my Insurance will cover only after 12 months because of preexisting health condition.
now i am receiving bill from hospital, but i really can’t afford the bill in current situation. can some body help me. i really don’t know what can i do?
Contact the billing department of the hospital and arrange for a payment schedule, so you can pay the bill off a little at a time. It’s no big deal.
If you do nothing, your bill will be turned over to a collection agency, and they will start harassing you.
