Are there programs for children in college to get cheap dental Insurance?

In college, are not covered by Insurance of my relative and can not get to work. Are there any programs where older students can get cheap dental Insurance with respect to, or care low cost dental? If it helps, I'm in Oklahoma. I'm ready to use charity organizations if they are willing to help, but do not know where to turn. Any information that could provide would be helpful.
