Student Health Insurance Boston

Question about 1099-HC form?
I’m a college student and goes to a college at Boston, Ma, but I’m from NY. In this case, should I set the “home address” as the one in NY? I mistakenly put my dorm address in that part.
Also, I received 1099-HC form from my Health Insurance Company, so am I still responsible for this?
AQ: Am I considered as “Massachusetts resident”?
Dear M: The 1099-HC is a MA form and I believe it’s info only. You should be listing your NY address as your permanent address unless you intend to stay in MA permanently. If you are just attending school in MA you are not a MA resident.
