Student Health Insurance Ppo
Insurance, medicaid, miscarriage!! HELP!?
I was in the process of getting Insurance, I kept putting it off ’cause i didnt think i would need it. I finally submitted it, then found out I was pregnant 2 days later! I couldnt modify my application so I waited for a reply from the Insurance Company (approved or not.) five days after I found out I was pregnant I had to go to the hospital, where I found that i was miscarrying. Both my husband and I are full time students and neither of us have jobs, so the receptionist asked me what my occupation is and I said i dont work and that I go to school so she gave me an application for Medicaid and told me to call for an appt with a medicaid work. I didnt think about it until a couple days after I received the news. a week and a half later I recieved a package in the mail stating that I was approved for PPO health Insurance. So here is the confusing part. I kno ill get denied for medicaid from our “income” but we cant afford to pay the whole amount. will my Insurance cover it?
