I am an International student in australia and i think im pregnant?
Im on a 2 year visa with OSHC private health Insurance which is aimed at international students. Im getting married to my bf (aussie) in 3 aug.
My cover doesnt cover pregnancy and im not on medicare coz im not aussie by the time i get married and apply for pr it will be about 6 months into my pregnancy. about how much will doctors cost for me to pay privately in the meantime?
Make an appointment to see a Doctor (cost between $30 -$40) If He/She doesn’t handle pregnancy, then they should be able to recommend someone for you and give you an idea of costs etc. Five years ago it was about $80 a visit but I’m not sure what prices are today.
