How to get a cheap Car Insurance for young driver?

I have a son who is a teenager. I have a car who I was sharing it with my son but now he bought his own car. He ask me to get a caheper Insurance that he can affored but I’ve been looking but all of them seem to be above what he is willing to pay, I could help him pay but even it’s not enough. It there any insurace that cover for cheap or what should I do?
